High Point Community is a residential development of 100 apartments organized across eight blocks (A–H). Beyond bricks and balconies, it's a self-governing collective — a place where residents shape the standards of their own home.

The High Point Committee is a group of elected residents who volunteer their time to administer the community's shared interests. They oversee projects, manage finances, and ensure that day-to-day operations reflect the priorities of all 100 households.
Decisions are made openly, votes are recorded, and budgets are published in the resident portal — because trust requires evidence.
